Click on Download link below the video. You will be taken to KEEPVID page. On that page find >>Download Link<< and right-click on it. Select Save Target As or Save Link As. In the Save As dialog window pick a folder on your hard disk to save the video to. Rename the video file from get_video to something more descriptive. Make sure you put .flv at the end of the name. Click on Save and wait for the video to download to your computer.

To play the video you need Flash Video player. You can download it for free here. This player is for Windows only. If anyone knows of a Flash Video player for other operating systems, please let me know.
