A while back a friend of mine showed up at my apartment with a bag containing the PlayStation video game console and two folded mats with four arrows on them. We plugged in PlayStation to the TV, unfolded and hooked up the mats and inserted a CD labeled Dance Dance Revolution into the console. I was very excited to see what this game is all about. For the next several hours I was exposed to one of the best video games that I've played in my life. My passion for music and dance made me fall in love with this game.
My friend kept bringing the game to some parties I had at my place but finally I decided to buy my own DDR system. I ordered PlayStation 2, foamed dance pads and a copy of DDR Max 2 - the latest version of the game specifically designed for PlayStation 2. As soon as I got it, I played it almost every day and began to like it more and more as I developed the technique of playing it and got to more advanced levels.
