On Christmas Eve Joanna, James, Steven and I went for a short trip to Barnes and Noble and Best Buy to get some last minute Christmas shopping done. Then we came back home and decorated the Christmas Tree to get ready for the Christmas Eve Karaoke Party. Kerrie and Sharath as well as several Joanna's mom's friends came over. The party started as a chit chat among the guests, but then I stepped to the mic and invited people to start singing Christmas Carols to the accompaniment of my karaoke system. Everyone joined in singing the Christmas classics, but later we shifted away from the Christmas theme and sang various pop hits. Joanna's mom was one of the most enthusiastic singers. She kept requesting more and more songs.
